Welcome to Co-Motion Studio! We are excited to meet you and welcome you to our community. We’re dedicated to offering you a wide range of hula hooping, dance, yoga, and movement classes, workshops, and special events. Here are a few helpful things to know before you come. We are located in Crosstown, in the NW corner of Midtown. Check out the map. Parking exists in the front of our studio on Cleveland, plus a parking lot behind the studio on Watkins. Depending on the day and what other businesses are offering, parking may be limited. It’s always helpful to give yourself plenty of time to park just in case!
Please arrive 15 minutes before you scheduled class, workshop, or event to allow time to park, fill out a new student waiver (or print one out at home, see below), and get acquainted with our space. For classes, student entry is closed after 15 minutes. At this point we feel late arrivals are disruptive (note: the front door may be locked 15 minutes into classes).
What to wear? Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in works best. Shoes are optional. Water is always a great thing to bring too. For yoga classes, please bring your own mat.
