First Intro to Hooping Series of 2018!!
This is an introductory series for students new to hooping, or anyone looking for a solid foundation of basic hoop skills. No experience necessary. Class is open to 7 students. Series will start from scratch and then progress each week, so we encourage students to commit to the entire thing. No late sign ups will be allowed. Intro to Hooping PART II will follow in February.
*Class Dates: January 11, 18, 25
*Class will meet Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm at Co-Motion Studio.
*Cost: $40 for the 3-week series
*Age requirement: 13 and up
*All students who sign up will receive a $5 off hoop coupon to use in our retail shop!
This series will cover how to choose the right size hoop, hooping on the waist and how to keep it up, and a variety of beginner moves, skills, transitions, and fun combos. Classes will progress at a slow and steady pace to give students plenty of time to integrate new material and find their groove.

Series taught by Co-Motion Studio co-owner/co-founder Adriene Holland. Adriene has been hooping for almost a decade and has introduced hundreds of people to the practice. You are sure to get the best intro to hooping offered in Memphis 🙂
More info: We have plenty of hoops for students to borrow in class and some to purchase in our retail shop. Wear comfy clothing.
