What we offer:
→ Hula hooping and yoga classes for your workplace with one of our highly-trained studio instructors. One-time and reoccurring sessions available. Choose sessions anywhere from 20 minutes up to one hour.
→ “Yoga at the Desk” demos providing employees with quick and easy stretching, relaxation, and refocusing exercises that can be performed right at their desk (no equipment required). This can be a stand-alone workshop or added to a hula hooping or yoga session.
